About Me

Hello I'm Tracey, the reflexologist behind Zones of Serenity. 

My passion for reflexology began after a friend of mine received treatment as part of her palliative care. At that time I was suffering from burn out having worked for over 30 years in a corporate healthcare environment. I was amazed by the powerful impact of this treatment, and as I researched further, I discovered its far-reaching benefits for everyone. 

That led me to study reflexology in The Cotswolds. My training included months of hands on training days, over 100 hours of case studies and practice, multiple assignments and a diploma in Reflexology including Anatomy and Physiology. I am also trained and certified to deliver Indian Head Massage  (certification accredited by FHT - Federation of Holistic Therapies).

So far, it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey, one that has allowed me to hold space for others with care, presence, and intention. I’ve found deep fulfillment in creating moments where people feel safe, seen, and supported.

I am fully insured and proud to be a member of the Association of Reflexologists and to provide reflexology to guests at The Hummingbird Cancer Therapy Centre in Launton, Bicester. I look forward to continuing this work, bringing the benefits of reflexology and holistic care to those who need it most.
